As a Coding Analyst based in Mexico City, you will serve as the technical engine of the Customer-to-Cash (C2C) team, directly ensuring the precise classification and resolution of customer account deductions and remittances across our US and Canada business portfolios. You will collaborate cross-functionally across Finance, Logistics, and Commercial teams to translate complex customer payment data into actionable business credits and adjustments. By driving first-contact resolutions, your analytical precision will directly safeguard portfolio accuracy for critical market accounts.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Remittance &amp; Deduction Classification:</strong> Categorize complex customer payment deductions and disputable balances into Gross-to-Net (GTN) or Logistic Deductions based on root-cause analysis of promotional, pricing, or shipping variations.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Partner actively with Cash Application, Local Finance, Commercial, and Collection teams to streamline payment adjustments and accelerate the dispute resolution process.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Portfolio Analysis &amp; Reporting:</strong> Generate and analyze periodic unidentified balance trends and aging profiles to identify workflow bottlenecks and provide data-driven insights into systemic deduction issues.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Customer Relationship Management:</strong> Serve as the direct point of contact for customer billing questions, proactively requesting backup documentation and resolving account discrepancies to maximize portfolio accuracy.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <h3>Required Qualifications:</h3> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field.</p> </li> <li> <p>1+ years of experience in Credit to Cash processes.</p> </li> <li> <p>Basic operational understanding of Accounting principles and the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle.</p> </li> <li>Strong verbal and written English communication skills with a proven ability to reconcile international consumer account balances.</li> <li> <p>Demonstrated capability to analyze financial transactions, process account balances, and evaluate complex documentation from resume assessment alone.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <h3>Preferred Qualifications:</h3> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p>Prior experience working within a fast-paced Customer Service or shared services environment supporting North American (US or Canada) market portfolios.</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms or advanced accounting databases.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>This is a temporary vacancy (6 months).</p> </div><p><br><span style=""><strong>Our Commitment to Inclusion</strong><br>Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives  to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
