<h3>Role Summary</h3>

<div>As a Collections & Deductions Analyst on our Order-to-Cash (C2C) team, you will manage customer account balances and resolve deduction issues for top-tier retail and corporate accounts across the US and Canada. Based in Mexico City and reporting to the Jr. Team Lead, this position plays a critical role in optimizing cash flow and protecting financial performance across a portfolio generating over $180M in monthly AR. In this fast-paced environment, you will proactively identify collection risks, resolve complex deduction categories, and build strong cross-functional partnerships to streamline revenue management.</div>

<h3>Responsibilities</h3>

<ul>

<div>Manage portfolio customer balances, issue past-due notices, and implement strategic collection approaches to drive timely payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Analyze, dispute, and clear open deductions across Gross-to-Net (GTN) promotions, vendor compliance, pricing, and inventory categories within strict deadline parameters across multiple portals.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Conduct root-cause analysis on AR balances and recurring deduction issues to optimize collection rates and improve cross-functional workflows.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Credit, and Customer Development teams to align on account strategy and resolve operational bottlenecks.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Prepare monthly cash estimates, perform payment reconciliations, and maintain tracking tools to ensure data integrity and full audit compliance.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating existing processes and leveraging data engineering insights for cross-functional decision-making.</div>

<h3>Required Qualifications</h3>

<div>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.</div>
</li>

<div>2+ years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Deductions Management.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Demonstrated experience performing root-cause analysis and portfolio risk assessment.</div>
</li>
