<p><strong>Role Summary</strong></p>
<p>As a Collections Analyst reporting directly to the Jr. Team Lead in Mexico City, you will safeguard company assets and nurture essential B2B relationships across our US Export commercial business. In this high-impact role, you will take ownership of customer account portfolios, address complex payment escalations, and perform precise financial reconciliations to protect organizational cash flow. Joining our dynamic Credit-to-Cash organization, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Service teams to optimize Order-to-Cash processes and deliver measurable value to our growing LATAM and US Export markets.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Manage the full collections lifecycle for assigned customer accounts, issuing past-due notices, contacting clients directly, and securing enforceable payment commitments</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Perform detailed financial reconciliations for US Export business collections, customer deductions, aging credit balances, and processed refunds</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Address complex payment term escalations and negotiate promise-to-pay agreements to optimize cash flow and mitigate financial liability</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Service to resolve critical account inquiries, clarify billing disputes, and de-escalate sensitive customer issues</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Monitor aging accounts and customer credit limits regularly, initiating necessary risk mitigation actions, including account blocks, in alignment with internal controls</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Execute essential portfolio management and back-office functions, maintaining master data integrity, conducting risk assessments, and generating account statements</p>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>1+ years of experience in collections, credit management, or accounts receivable within a B2B environment</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proven experience conducting financial account reconciliations and managing commercial customer portfolios</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Professional fluency in both English and Spanish</p>
</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>

<p>Experience within CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or managing LATAM/Export commercial accounts</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Familiarity with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and call center customer management platforms</p>
</li>

<p>Strong negotiation, conflict de-escalation, and cross-functional communication skills</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>High attention to detail with proven ability to analyze complex financial data in a high-volume setting</p>
