Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.</span><br> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>Manage the Order to Invoice process within CP Best Practice standards ( “Essentials”) and collaborate with local CDTs on effectively supporting order to invoice fulfillment.</p> <p>Responsible for total customer service management for assigned customer accounts: manages, and performs when necessary, all aspects of the order to invoice cycle while cultivating effective relationships with both customers and CP colleagues. Accountable for successful order management and monitoring all aspects of the customer service process to assure on time deliveries to Customers.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Create manual orders (non-revenue or revenue) by request and by exception</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage order creation issues and order acknowledgement</p> </li> <li> <p>Order Validation, Order maintenance and Delivery Creation</p> </li> <li> <p>Utilize TMS to consolidate orders / deliveries into optimized shipments (where applicable)</p> </li> <li> <p>Cooperate with Logistics (either of CP internal or 3PL) so orders / deliveries can be consolidated into optimized shipments (where applicable)</p> </li> <li> <p>Follow up on Delivery exceptions, including refusals avoidance and returns order creation (after approved request)</p> </li> <li> <p>Issue invoice follow up</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop effective customer communications and relations to facilitate effective order to invoice fulfillment, including:</p> </li> <li> <p>New item launches</p> </li> <li> <p>SKU transitions/substitutions</p> </li> <li> <p>Prolonged stock issues</p> </li> <li> <p>Investigate and resolve order management and delivery issues.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>An University Degree</p> </li> <li> <p>1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service area</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Fluent in English and Romanian is a must </strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Practical knowledge of MS Office skills</p> </li> <li> <p>Autonomous, results oriented, promoting team-work, problem solving</p> </li> <li> <p>Analytical skills</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p> </li> <li> <p>SAP experience is an advantage</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p><p><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Our Commitment to Inclusion</strong><br>Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives  to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
