Position Summary The Sales Analyst supports the Credit/Debit Memo Application (CDMA) by reviewing and processing requests from dealers and internal users for debits and credits related to published programs, policies, and pricing. This role is responsible for ensuring requests are accurate, compliant, and supported by proper documentation. The Sales Analyst also handles reconciliation and reporting for specific programs such as Sourcewell. In addition, this position serves as a backup to the Order Processing Administrator and may assume additional responsibilities as needed to support the Sales Planning department.
