CEE Business Intelligence Lead

About the role

The CEE Business Intelligence & Reporting Lead is accountable for the end-to-end ownership of commercial reporting, data management, and analytics across the Central & Eastern Europe region (30+ markets). The role consolidates market reporting into a standardized, scalable BI ecosystem, ensuring consistent KPI definitions, strong data governance, and a single source of truth for commercial and business decision-making.

This position leads a regional team of analysts, data engineers, and data stewards, and works in close partnership with Digital & Technology, as well as Global and European Insights & Analytics teams, to shape the commercial reporting roadmap, strengthen data foundations, and enable scalable, high-quality insight generation.

As a critical business partner to the CEE General Manager and Commercial Leadership Team, the role helps drive data- and insight-led business planning, supports strategic decision-making, and contributes to shaping the region's commercial strategy

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the CEE BI & Reporting Agenda

    Own the end-to-end BI and reporting strategy for CEE, including prioritization, roadmap, governance, and lifecycle management of core reporting products, dashboards, and scorecards.

  • Establish a Single Source of Truth

    Define and govern KPI frameworks, data standards, reporting hierarchies, and metric definitions across markets to ensure consistent, trusted, and actionable business information.

  • Drive Data- and Insight-Led Commercial Decision Making

    Partner with the CEE General Manager and Commercial Leadership Team to support business planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making through executive-ready reporting, analytics, and actionable insights.

  • Build Scalable BI Capabilities and Lead the Team

    Lead and develop a regional BI organization while partnering with Technology and Data Engineering to simplify, standardize, and scale reporting and analytics capabilities across the region.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Reporting, or Data & Insights roles, with accountability for strategy, delivery, and business outcomes in complex, multi-market organizations.

  • Proven people leadership experience, including leading and developing teams through both direct and matrix management structures across multiple geographies and functions.

  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling enterprise reporting and data governance capabilities, including KPI standardization, reporting transformation, and adoption of common data and reporting standards across markets.

  • Strong commercial analytics and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, influence senior leaders, and support business planning and strategic decision-making.

  • Fluent English, written and spoken.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced analytics skills: diagnostic analysis, driver modelling, forecasting/scenario work, and turning analysis into commercial actions, underlined by Advanced Excel and strong BI capabilities (e.g. Power BI).

  • Significant data capability: SQL/data concepts, data modelling fundamentals, and ability to partner effectively with engineers on pipelines and performance.

  • Familiarity with Azure data architecture / ecosystem (data platforms and reporting integration principles).

  • Remuneration: 25,300 to 34,800 PLN gross/monthly depending on the level of experience and competencies.
