CEE Business Analyst

About the role

CEE Business Analyst is an above-market role located on a Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) Cluster level and reporting into CEE BI & Reporting Lead. This role oversees Haleon data & analytics, focusing mainly on sales, customer, and market data. Key objective of the role is supporting our commercial operations by providing data-driven recommendations to optimize business performance and drive growth, in close connection with our values and culture. Business Analyst is instrumental in the development of our data ecosystem to facilitate drawing of high-quality insights.  

Role Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support commercial decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics & improve them based on user feedback.

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of commercial strategies and initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement.

  • Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, commercial excellence, finance, marketing, CBIA (Consumer Business Insights & Analytics), to understand business needs and provide relevant analytical support.

  • Driving data literacy and data-based commercial hygiene within Central & Eastern Europe.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Analyst, preferably in a commercial or business analytics role in a major FMCG or Consumer Healthcare company.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools preferably (Power BI).

  • Significant analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.

  • Very good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working experience in Agile methodology supporting tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Platform and cloud computing services (example: DataBricks, Fabric).

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a multinational, distributed environment.

  • Significant attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Remuneration:  10,850 to 14,900 PLN gross/monthly depending on the level of experience and competencies
