</div><div><p>We are seeking a creative and innovative Channel & Product Analyst to join our ONE.After Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business cases for Genuine Parts campaigns and promotions, and evaluating their effectiveness by monitoring Genuine Parts turnover, Homogenous Parts Group (HPG) and Part number sales, as well as customer loyalty. This position is based in One Aftersales Department - NSO (Sandton)</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></H2>

<li>Develop and implement Genuine Parts campaigns and promotions.</li>
<li>Work with the After Sales Marketing Consultant to develop marketing briefs for campaigns and promotions</li>
<li>Coordinate Dealer Genuine Parts incentive programmes.</li>
<li>Set, monitor, and report on Dealer performance targets.</li>
<li>Ongoing monthly analysis of HPG performance</li>
<li>Prepare monthly performance reports and insights.</li>
<li>Support the Field Force with Dealer performance data.</li>
<li>Develop and distribute Dealer campaign bulletins.</li>
<li>Respond to Dealer campaign and incentive queries.</li>
<li>Conduct competitor and Independent Aftermarket (IAM) pricing analysis.</li>
<li>Develop strategic product plans to support business growth.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to increase sales and market share.</li>
<li>Monitor parts performance and recommend improvements.</li>
<li>Support initiatives that enhance customer loyalty and profitability</li>

</div><div><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Data Management/Science, Commerce, Engineering, IT related field</li>
<li>A post graduate qualification (i.e. MBA/MBL/Honours) would serve as a distinct advantage</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3 years’ minimum experience in a Sales, Aftersales and Marketing environment</li>
<li>Parts technical experience is desired</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Technical & Behavioral Competencies:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Python, Google Analytics and similar) is desired</li>
<li>Program and Project Management experience would serve as a distinct advantage</li>
<li>Must have a good knowledge of Dealer After Sales operations</li>
<li>Understanding of branding principles would be an advantage</li>
<li>Incentive management experience would be an advantage</li>
<li>Sound understanding of the market and competitive environment</li>
<li>Data analysis to derive insights, meaning and themes Design thinking skills</li>
