The LACR Channel Business organization is dedicated to building, empowering, and scaling our mission-critical partner ecosystem across the territory. Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing, growth-oriented professional to step into the role of Channel Field Sales Professional. In this role, you will act as the vital link between Motorola Solutions and our critical distribution network, overseeing the expansion of our technological footprint within the Broadband PTT enterprise business.  You will manage a high-impact territory where your strategic vision directly influences the deployment of life-saving communication infrastructure. By building trusted relationships with distributors and channel partners, you will help to ensure that our market-leading solutions reach those who need them most. We look for individuals who bring an inclusive perspective, human empathy, and clear communication to a fast-paced ecosystem built on safety and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & Territory Expansion

  • Formulate and execute robust field sales strategies to expand the current distributor and channel footprint across Colombia, Ecuador and the Caribbean region. 

  • Identify and develop high-potential accounts, positioning our core technology portfolio to capture emerging enterprise markets

  • Build clear market penetration plans that maximize brand presence within regional sub-contractor frameworks

Partner Enablement & Relationship Management

  • Lead consultative business reviews with major channel partners to align strategic multi-quarter growth goals

  • Deliver clear, imaginative value propositions to distributors, enabling them to confidently present our specialized solutions to various verticals stakeholders

  • Oversee joint sales initiatives, providing field support to maximize partner win rates and territory coverage

Pipeline Acceleration & Revenue Growth

  • Analyze pipeline health and territory forecast models, tracking key commercial indicators to deliver predictable quarterly revenue

  • Oversee complex regional contract pathways, collaborating across internal business teams to support timely delivery of critical communication tools

  • Observe and analyze evolving market trends to swiftly identify white-space opportunities

Technical Expertise

  • Channel Distribution Dynamics to effectively optimize multiparty go-to-market models and regional technology pipelines

  • Wireless & Network Technology to confidently articulate critical communications infrastructure values to specialized sub-contractors

  • CRM Data Mechanics to accurately analyze territory forecasts, manage accounts, and monitor regional performance insights

Professional Experience

  • Government Procurement Navigation to skillfully analyze local public sector workflows and support partners through complex bidding processes

  • Cross-Border Negotiation to deliver mutually beneficial commercial frameworks across Latin American distribution channels

  • Collaborative Client Engagement to foster trust and cultivate a highly inclusive partner environment built on transparency

  • Channel management ecosystem to manage long term relations with our market stakeholders and end users, leveraging in our core values and focused to maintain business health at all times.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Wireless, Computer, Network, Systems) or Computer Science
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and channel management
  • Excellent command of English and Spanish
