Sensata Technologies is seeking an analytically driven, commercially-minded Channel Pricing Analyst to join our revenue enablement team to deliver insights and identify opportunities to drive revenue and profit growth through pricing. The ideal candidate is an ambitious, data-driven professional committed to operational excellence. With Channel Management, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management, the candidate will develop and manage key pricing initiatives to drive our strategic growth. They will be responsible for setting prices and monitoring impact, identifying opportunities, and implementing pricing strategies across our range of products. The candidate will be a key player in our journey towards pricing excellence, helping to set new standards, align pricing across regions, and optimize profitability. In addition, the position offers opportunities for a strong and high-performing individual for future progression with the team.

General Responsibilities

  • Leads preparation of price analysis for management analyses
  • Compile data to provide analysis & problem solving for complex issues relating to pricing impact and reporting
  • Key participant in preparation of price analysis for management analyses
  • Work closely with sales to develop customer quotations
  • Key participant in creating and uploading price change files
  • Validate price files
  • Collaborate on market research
  • Gather and summarize data from multiple sources to complete reports & special projects
  • Organize internal databases to ensure integrity within the system
  • Collaborate on pulling Point of Sale Data
  • Compile sales & other reports
  • Maintain monthly/quarterly price scrape data
  • General administrative duties


Experience / Qualifications

  • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
  • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
  • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
  • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

Additional Responsibilities

  • Analyze channel, customer, and product profitability to identify pricing opportunities and margin improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to develop, evaluate, and implement competitive pricing strategies that support growth and profitability objectives for the Industrial product portfolio.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance pricing tools, models, and configurators to improve pricing execution, streamline workflows, and respond to evolving market conditions.
  • Manage pricing databases and governance processes, ensuring pricing accuracy, data integrity, and the effective implementation of approved pricing actions across the organization.
  • Drive the standardization and harmonization of pricing methodologies, policies, and processes across business units, product portfolios, and geographic regions.
  • Support the transition of pricing, quotation, and related commercial processes from legacy systems to new platforms, ensuring data accuracy and business continuity.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools, such as Microsoft Power BI, and experience working with databases including SQL Server, Access, or similar platforms.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to support pricing initiatives, commercial decision-making, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with large datasets and developing pricing, profitability, or business performance analyses.
  • Fluency in English required.
