CITT Intel Analyst
Parra Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking a WTI Analyst - CITT Technical Analyst to perform technical analysis and assist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces, on a need-to-know basis, concerning target device TTPs, technology, and safe handling procedures. This position will support the C5ISR Center at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.
This successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Conduct all-source analyses and assist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces, on a need-to-know basis, concerning target device TTPs, technology, and safe handling procedures.
- Produce finished exploitation reports combining multiple forensics disciplines to support DoD exploitation efforts.
- Exploit various intelligence disciplines (e.g., TECHSIGINT, SIGINT/CYBER, MASINT) from all levels of classified information to support exploitation efforts that enable threat network targeting.
- Conduct technical analysis and exploitation of Unmanned Systems, IEDs, and other improvised weapons systems incidents to determine technical profiles.
- Assist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces, on a need-to-know basis, concerning target device TTPs, technology, and safe handling procedures.
- Travel CONUS and OCONUS (to include possible conflict areas) on short notice to support theater-level exploitation efforts.
- Deploy and perform expected duties independently and in possible austere environments.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
- All-Source Military Intelligence MOS background with completed formal military intelligence training/school (e.g., 35F).
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree plus 3 years of experience, or 6 years of experience.
Required Experience
- Experience with all-source intelligence analytical production and reporting.
- Experience with C-UAS and/or C-IED analysis and reporting.
- Ability to conduct Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) assessments on battlefield recoveries as well as COTS items to provide technology assessments.
- Experience conducting functional analyses of commercial-based technology devices (specifically RCIED and UAS) and briefing these devices with technical proficiency.
- Ability to provide Indications and Warning and trend analysis data on target devices and TTPs.
- Experience researching unclassified and classified databases to support laboratory exploitation reports.
- Experience monitoring and analyzing strategic and operational intelligence information.
- Experience researching, authoring, and coordinating threat assessments to support the Combatant Commander and/or leaders in the intelligence community.
- Experience presenting, discussing, and defending assessments to the intelligence community and technical community.
- Experience assisting with development and maintenance of analytical policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of current events in targeting, customs, historical, assessment, and pattern analysis processes.
- Ability to generate and provide specialized analytical products, and search/screen all media sources to provide assessments of intelligence impacts.
- Proficient in standard MS Office applications and intelligence-related automation, as well as specialized intelligence tools, to support analytical efforts and product development.
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills, as well as briefing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information to different audiences.
- Experience operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of CJOA requirements.
- Experience providing intelligence support regarding issues within the CENTCOM AOR or other specific COCOMs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ICD 203 Intelligence Community (IC) standards or prior experience within an IC.
- Basic understanding of electronic circuits, or ability to work with electronic engineers and translate technical exploitation reporting into actionable reporting.
- Experience with SOFEX, the WTI Exploitation and Analysis Tool (WEAT) database, the WTI IED Lexicon, and device profile guides.

- Strong briefing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information to different audiences
- Ability to fuse multiple forensics and intelligence disciplines into finished exploitation reports
- Ability to work independently and effectively in remote or austere deployed environments
- Ability to operate effectively in classified and sensitive mission environments
- Strong organizational skills to support analytical policy and product development
