- Analyse delegated claims performance and produce clear reporting for internal governance meetings, including insights, emerging themes, escalations, and recommended enhancement actions.
- Coordinate third-party audit scheduling, working with internal stakeholders and external audit providers to ensure audit activity is risk-based, proportionate, and aligned to governance requirements.
- Review, issue, and track audit recommendations through to closure, ensuring progress is monitored, evidence is obtained, and material issues are appropriately escalated.
- Maintain and monitor the DCA Register and related records across relevant systems, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and capable of supporting effective oversight and reporting.
- Support risk-based oversight of TPAs and Coverholders, including review of performance against agreed standards, authority limits, customer outcome expectations, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee loss fund arrangements, including monitoring, reporting, reconciliation support, and escalation of issues where appropriate.
- Act as a key point of contact for delegated claims stakeholders, building effective relationships with Claims, Underwriting, Delegated Underwriting, Compliance, Finance, TPAs, Coverholders, and other relevant partners.
- Support continuous improvement across delegated claims processes, including opportunities to improve efficiency, management information quality, governance evidence, and customer outcome monitoring.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of delegated claims frameworks, procedures, controls, and reporting disciplines.
