This role focuses on the setup, configuration, and support of a wide range of hardware devices, including computers, phones, tablets, VR headsets, and AR/MR devices.</div> <div class="paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol">As part of the IT organisation, this position is well suited to someone who is passionate about technology, customer service, and problem‑solving, and who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment. An interest in gaming and emerging technologies is a plus.</div> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Provide day‑to‑day support for operational requests through the internal tasking queue.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Support and develop automated solutions using PowerShell, Bash scripting, and Python.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Administer and maintain client system management tools, including PC, phone, and tablet imaging solutions.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Administer and maintain mobile device management (MDM) systems for Android and iOS platforms, such as ADB and Apple Configurator 2.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and automation.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Deliver technical support both remotely and onsite, including support at events.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Maintain and manage Windows, Android, iOS, and iPadOS system images.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Create and maintain clear documentation for processes and troubleshooting guides.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Provide onsite event support, which may include international travel outside of standard office hours.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Participate in off‑site, on‑call event support outside of normal office hours.</li> </ul> <h3>Skills and Experience</h3> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">At least two years of experience supporting macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android in a corporate environment.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience working in a startup or fast‑growth environment is highly desirable.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">One or more years of enterprise Windows client management experience (e.g. GPOs, Chef, FOG, MDT).</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Hands‑on experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience using ADB for flashing and sideloading devices.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Basic networking knowledge, including DHCP, TCP/IP, FTP, and PXE.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11, including deployment, Windows PE, registry, services, and scheduled tasks.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Basic knowledge of Linux environments is an advantage.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience building PCs, particularly gaming PCs, with strong knowledge of current and upcoming components is a plus.</li> </ul> <h3>Additional Requirements</h3> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">This role requires international travel.
