About the department:
Global Client Service Support (GCSS) delivers reporting and account servicing for institutional clients worldwide. The team partners with client service, investment, risk, operations, and support functions to provide accurate, timely, and high-quality client reporting. Team members work closely across regions and global service hubs, gaining exposure to institutional clients, reporting operations, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
How you will add value?Core Responsibilities:
You will produce accurate institutional client reports.
You will manage recurring and ad hoc reporting requests.
You will investigate and resolve client reporting issues.
You will monitor account setup, changes, transfers, and closures.
You will maintain reporting quality and service standards.
Strategic Responsibilities:
You will support reporting migration and transition activities.
You will identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
You will contribute to projects assigned by leadership.
Team & Collaboration:
You will partner with investment, risk, legal, and operations teams.
You will coordinate reporting deliveries across business functions.
You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
You will communicate issues and escalate risks when required.
You will collaborate with global support teams.
Experience, Education & Certifications:
Bachelorâs degree required.
CFA Institute Investment Foundations certification or equivalent preferred.
2â4 years of asset management or financial services experience.
Experience supporting institutional clients.
Experience working in global environments.
Technical Skills:
Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Understanding of investment risk, performance, and attribution.
Knowledge of data confidentiality requirements.
Experience with quality control and reconciliation processes.
Familiarity with SimCorp Coric, Clearwater, or Business Objects.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and stakeholder management.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Work Shift Timings - 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST
