Vos responsabilités
- Participer Ă la planification, lâexĂ©cution et la vĂ©rification des travaux relatifs Ă lâadministration des rĂ©gimes de retraite
- Calculer et vérifier diverses prestations conformément aux rÚglements et aux lois en vigueur
- Analyser et interpréter les rÚgles des régimes de retraite et les lois applicables
- Contribuer à la production et la vérification des relevés annuels
- Soutenir lâĂ©quipe dans la rĂ©alisation des diffĂ©rents mandats et projets spĂ©ciaux
- AccroĂźtre la satisfaction des clients en Ă©coutant leurs besoins et en rĂ©pondant Ă leurs diverses demandes ainsi quâĂ celles des participants et des fiduciaires
- Proposer des améliorations à nos différents processus
Qualifications recherchées
- Un minimum de 2 ans dâexpĂ©rience pertinente
- Baccalauréat en mathématiques, finance, administration, actuariat ou tout autre formation jugée adéquate
- Esprit dâĂ©quipe hors du commun
- Pensée analytique bien aiguisée et avoir le souci du détail
- Sens de lâorganisation et de dĂ©brouillardise
- Aptitudes de communication et de collaboration
- Bonnes habiletés en matiÚre de service à la clientÚle
- Bonne maĂźtrise du français Ă lâoral et Ă lâĂ©crit, ĂȘtre bilingue serait un atout
- Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Excel
Your responsibilities
- Help with the planning, execution and verification of work related to pension plan administration
- Calculate and verify various benefits in accordance with the legal and regulatory requirements
- Analyze and interpret pension plan rules and applicable legislation
- Take part in the production and verification of annual statements
- Support the team in carrying out a variety of assignments and special projects
- Build clientsâ satisfaction by listening to their needs and responding to their various requests, as well as those of members and trustees
- Suggest ways of improving our processes
Core Qualifications
- Minimum 2 yearsâ relevant experience
- Bachelorâs degree in mathematics, finance, administration, actuarial science or other relevant training
- Exceptional team spirit
- Incisive analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Well-organized and resourceful
- Good communication and collaborative skills
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Excellent spoken and written French; bilingualism an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
