This role serves as a primary liaison between clients, internal delivery teams, and implementation leadership, ensuring client requirements are clearly understood, documented, and successfully delivered. You will be responsible for requirements analysis, documentation, solution design, and client support throughout the implementation lifecycle, while fostering strong client relationships and maintaining high standards of service delivery.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and coordinate <strong>all client communications</strong> (internal and external) for assigned accounts, ensuring timely updates and effective issue resolution</li> <li>Develop a strong understanding of <strong>business objectives, processes, and products</strong> to support detailed analysis and resolution of client requests</li> <li>Gather and analyze <strong>client requirements</strong>, define project scope, and propose solution approaches</li> <li> <ul> <li>Prepare documentation such as <strong>Statements of Work (SOW)</strong> and <strong>Software Requirements Specifications (SRS)</strong></li> <li>Establish timelines and ensure alignment with delivery expectations</li> </ul> </li> <li>Act as a bridge between <strong>clients, development, QA, and other internal teams</strong> <ul> <li>Provide clear functional guidance to technical teams</li> <li>Ensure requirements are accurately translated into deliverables<br><br></li> </ul> </li> <li>Oversee the <strong>end-to-end project lifecycle</strong>, including requirement gathering, development support, testing coordination, and deployment</li> <li>Manage <strong>multiple clients and projects simultaneously</strong>, ensuring prioritization and timely execution</li> <li>Coordinate <strong>cross-functional teams</strong> to ensure seamless delivery across different workstreams</li> <li>Support clients with <strong>pre- and post-launch activities</strong>, including readiness checks, issue resolution, and optimization</li> <li>Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities to enhance client experience and operational efficiency</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?</strong></p> <p>At Zinnia, you collaborate with smart, creative professionals who are dedicated to delivering cutting-edge technologies, deeper data insights, and enhanced services to transform how insurance is done.
