Here, your impact matters, your growth is supported, and your experience is designed to help you thrive.   WHAT YOU’LL DO   As an Analyst – Command Center, these will be some of the key activities in your day-to-day role: <ul> <li> Accelerate the execution of strategic initiatives across Getnet’s global footprint. </li> <li> Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Operations and local markets to maintain alignment and delivery momentum. </li> <li> Monitor the strategic portfolio, providing clear governance, executive visibility and reliable delivery information. </li> <li> Anticipate risks, dependencies and execution bottlenecks, coordinating actions to improve delivery predictability. </li> <li> Strengthen the use of JIRA as the Command Center’s execution platform and single source of truth. </li> <li> Prepare executive reports, steering committee materials and portfolio dashboards that translate complex information into actionable insights. </li> <li> Lead delivery-acceleration activities, Situation Rooms, project ceremonies and dependency-management discussions. </li> <li> Identify and implement AI-enabled workflows that automate reporting, portfolio monitoring, meeting preparation and executive summaries. </li> </ul>   WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR   We are in search of an Analyst – Command Center to join our team in Boadilla del Monte, Madrid, with the following qualifications and background:   <ul> <li> 3–5 years of experience in project management, consulting or technology-driven environments. </li> <li> Experience coordinating strategic initiatives involving multiple functions and stakeholders. </li> <li> Experience supporting portfolio governance, delivery monitoring or programme execution. </li> <li> Experience preparing executive presentations, reports and management dashboards. </li> </ul>   Education <ul> <li> Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field. </li> </ul>   Languages <ul> <li> Advanced English. </li> <li> Portuguese is beneficial. </li> </ul>   Hard Skills <ul> <li> Strategic portfolio monitoring and governance. </li> <li> Cross-functional project coordination. </li> <li> Executive reporting and presentation development. </li> <li> Dashboard creation and data interpretation. </li> <li> JIRA or comparable project and portfolio management tools. </li> <li> Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or similar. </li> <li> AI-enabled workflow design and process automation. </li> <li> Knowledge of payments or fintech is beneficial. </li> </ul>   Soft Skills <ul> <li> Analytical thinking. </li> <li> Structured problem-solving. </li> <li> Ownership and accountability. </li> <li> Stakeholder management. </li> <li> Clear communication. </li> <li> Collaboration. </li> <li> Execution focus. </li> </ul>   Getnet is proud of being an organization where there are equal opportunities regardless of age, gender, disability, civil status, race, religion or sexual orientation.
