Commercial Insights Analyst

Do you enjoy understanding what drives customer behaviour, spotting commercial opportunities and using data to influence better decisions? As a Commercial Insights Analyst at JT, you'll play a key role in helping the business understand performance across our Consumer and Small Business portfolios, turning complex information into clear, actionable insight that supports growth, retention and customer value. 

 

Working as part of our Commercial team, you'll partner with colleagues across the business to explore trends, evaluate opportunities and provide evidence-based recommendations. From analysing customer behaviours and market dynamics to assessing the potential impact of new initiatives, you'll help bring commercial insight and perspective to decisions across the business. 

 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong analytical capability with commercial curiosity and enjoys connecting the dots between data, customers and business outcomes.
