Responsibilities The Opportunity Drive efficiency and digitalization of commercial processes through operational redesign and the implementation of technological solutions that enhance productivity, traceability, and the experience of both customers and internal users. Works directly with Process Owners, SMEs, Deploy Leads, and Functional Leads. Your Impact Apply a holistic process approach ensuring the compliance and interconnection of the integral transformation methodology. Monitor and measure process performance, especially on those that impact or contribute to the key indicators within the company’s scorecard. Process Standardization and Harmonization across locations and business units. Reduction in Rework, Process Variability, and Exceptions Cycle Time Improvement across the end-to-end Commercial processes. Govern process performance through KPIs, SLAs, and process control frameworks Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Professional / Bachelor in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Systems and/or Administration Technology Management or Business Management Training on Business Process Management Certification or Training on Design Thinking Methodology, Visio, Aris Tool and Safe Agile Methodology English fluent professional. At least 5-8 years' formal experience leading continuous improvement projects across functions Black Belt Certified (desired) Demonstrated application of Lean tools Proven program and project management skills for large-scale programs If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
