Kenvue is currently recruiting for: Commercial Products – TD Lead
This position reports into Dx Head of Customer Experience EMEA and is based in GCC, Bangalore, India.
What will you do
The Commercial Products, Tech & Data Lead works directly with commercial teams in the EMEA region as well as Product line teams across EMEA region and globally.
In this capacity, you will be supporting the Operating Companies in EMEA region in two main areas:
- Regional/Global commercial tools in the SFA, HCP and TPM area in collaboration with the SalesTech product line, managing Projects as well as Support activities to assure alignment to the global strategies.
- Compliance, Communication, Change management & Governance to drive overall Adoption of commercial tools like SFA (MiT), TPM (Tipp$).
- You will facilitate path towards growth through activities such as identifying pain points and opportunities, leading technology solutions development, program and project management, business process management, business analysis, change management and Compliance.
- We will see you engage external perspectives to identify and bring forward emerging technological trends, acting as a technology navigator and a translator to inform and shape business strategies as well as improving the onboarding and adoption of new Tech & Data services and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to improve business processes and drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide technology solutions that meet those needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (SOX, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their technology needs and align Tech & Data strategy accordingly.
- Manage SLAs and external resources, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
- When required, document business requirements in a way that effectively gathers business needs and conveys understanding to technical staff.
- Understand integration points between applications, processes, vendors and functions.
- Anticipate, escalate if needed, and resolve issues/barriers that may impede progress
- Act as a translator between end users and technical staff to foster a collaborative, value-based environment
- Understand policies and regulations related to Digital, Data and Technology such as Privacy, GDPR, ISRM, SOX, Internal Audit requirements, etc.
- Coordinate and execute SOX compliance activities, as well as Internal Audit

- General knowledge on the broad spectrum of technology when applied to customer development: data management and analytics, CRM, digital marketing and engagement, TPM; collaboration and communication.
- Effectively use MS Teams sites, Project, Visio, Power Point for communication and managing resources
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (German and English)
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant experience of minimum 6 years, preferred in Consumer Goods Industry
- Experience with managing large scale projects
- Excellent Project Management, Presentation and Interpersonal skills as evidenced by ability to develop presentations and speak to large audiences
- Knowledge of basic supply chain and OTC process and related systems
- Good knowledge of SAP tools, databases and user and data management principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with Project Life Cycle Methodology, Agile methodology, GxP principles and SOX compliance requirements.
