<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Commission Analyst to support the administration, calculation, validation, and reporting of sales commissions. This role will work closely with Sales, Finance, HR, and Sales Operations teams to ensure accurate commission payments and maintain data integrity across commission systems and CRM platforms.</p>
<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, enjoys working with data, and is eager to learn commission management processes utilizing Spiff and Salesforce.</p>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Validate commission calculations and ensure accurate payouts according to compensation plans</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Audit sales transactions, bookings, and revenue data between Salesforce and Spiff</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies, exceptions, and inquiries from sales representatives and managers</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Support New Booking calculations</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Generate recurring and ad hoc commission reports for leadership and stakeholders</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Facilitate monthly, quarterly, and annual commission processing cycles</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Maintain documentation of compensation plans, commission rules, and process workflows</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Support testing and implementation of commission plan changes and system enhancements</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Monitor data quality; identify and address opportunities for process improvements and automation</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Partner with Finance and Sales Operations to ensure alignment between commission payments and company objectives</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Assist with quota management, territory changes, and compensation plan administration</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">3-5 years of experience in Finance, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Compensation Administration, Data Analysis, or a related field</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and validate data</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and lookups; experience with pivot tables and data reconciliation is a plus</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Understanding of sales compensation plans, quotas, commissions, and incentive programs</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience creating reports and analyzing large datasets</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Familiarity with sales operations, finance, or revenue operations processes</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Knowledge of data auditing, process documentation, and process improvement methodologies</li>

<p>The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
