Job Description

To contribute to strengthening internal communication and organizational culture through the execution of projects, campaigns, and events aligned with the company’s strategy, fostering engagement, reinforcing values, and enhancing the associate experience.

  • Create and execute internal communication campaigns aligned with the organizational strategy.
  • Contribute to the planning, logistics, and execution of internal events.
  • Develop multimedia communication content (announcements, videos, communications, digital content, etc.).
  • Update and manage internal communication channels (MyBosch App, email, digital screens, boards, etc.).
  • Manage external vendors for events and communication materials, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Support the organization of communication forums between leaders and associates.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of the annual internal communication plan.
  • Ensure the proper implementation of internal communication plans by following up on execution.
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of internal campaigns and events through key indicators and associate feedback.
  • Support the development of key messages and communication materials for strategic organizational initiatives.

 

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
  • English Intermediate 
  • Strong skills in Digital Communication, Event Management, and Project Management
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Graphic Design experience 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro, as well as Canva
  • Strong competencies in Strategic Communication, Creativity, Time Management, Collaboration, Adaptability, and Influencing Skills
  • This is a temporary 6-month position*
