The Compensation Analyst supports the administration, data maintenance, reporting, and analysis of RingCentral’s compensation programs under close guidance from Compensation leadership and more experienced team members. The role works within established processes and policies to help deliver accurate, timely, and market-informed compensation outputs for HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders.

This is an entry professional individual contributor role. The position applies foundational compensation knowledge, strong analytical discipline, and attention to detail to complete defined tasks, escalate complex issues, and build capability in compensation analysis, market pricing, job data management, and annual compensation cycle support.


 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Analysis and Administration.

    • Support the administration of base pay, annual focal, bonus, equity, and other compensation programs by preparing files, validating data, and completing assigned process steps.

    • Prepare basic compensation analyses for hiring, promotions, transfers, and salary adjustments using established guidelines, templates, and approval processes.

    • Assist with cost models, pay scenarios, and financial summaries by gathering inputs, checking calculations, and documenting assumptions for review.

    • Review compensation data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency; identify discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.

    • Respond to routine compensation-related questions and support issue resolution within established policy and governance standards.

  • Market Pricing & Benchmarking.

    • Assist with external market pricing using Radford and other compensation survey sources, following established job matching and benchmarking guidance.

    • Support survey participation, job matching, and market data validation by preparing files, researching job content, and checking data quality.

    • Summarize market data and benchmark findings for review by more senior Compensation team members.

    • Maintain market pricing documentation, survey notes, and benchmarking records in accordance with team standards.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • College Graduate. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

  • Relevant Experience. 4 years of relevant experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR analytics, Finance, or a related analytical role; shared services experience is acceptable.

  • Core Expertise: Foundational understanding of compensation, HR, finance, data analysis, salary administration, benchmarking, or job documentation concepts.

  • Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and willingness to learn HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, and compensation planning tools.


 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience: Background in tech/SaaS, managing global or multi-country compensation programs, and handling organizational changes (restructuring, acquisitions, or HR automation).

  • Methodologies: Previous experience with compensation surveys (Aon Radford, Mercer, WTW).

  • Operations: Direct experience supporting annual merit (focal), bonus, and equity review cycles.

  • Data & Execution: Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and a continuous improvement mindset with excellent execution and follow-through.

  • Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management, clear communication, business judgment, and strict adherence to confidentiality.

  • Night Shift schedule. Willing to work on night shift from 12mn to 9am MNL, Tuesday to Saturday

  • Hybrid Work set-up. Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
