A Total Rewards Consultant at UKG is responsible for analysing, designing, and administering Total Rewards programs that align with our global Total Rewards strategy and reflect local market practices to attract, motivate, and retain top talent within the region. The role combines total rewards consulting, data analysis, HR collaboration, and compliance oversight.
Key Responsibilities
• Total Rewards Consulting: Provide guidance to business stakeholders and local HR teams in all Total Rewards matters helping the organization with attraction, engagement and retention of talent.
• Review of Total Rewards policies and programs: Ensure the delivery of all Total Rewards administrative and operational processes are in-line with policy and governance frameworks and support review and update of compensation and benefits policies and procedures as needed.
• Execution of cyclical programs: Support execution of cyclical Total Rewards programs, providing direction and guidance on multiple Total Rewards matters including annual pay review process and benefits renewal process.
• Market surveys: Support in the competitive analysis of employee compensation and benefits plans and programs through periodic benchmarking and participation in market surveys.
• Job evaluation: Analyse job duties and responsibilities to determine appropriate pay levels.
• Data analysis: Prepare reports summarizing pay trends, internal equity, and external competitiveness, benefits utilization and other analytics to provide insights to business and leadership team to assist with decision making.
• Vendor Management: Work with third-party vendors, including compensation and benefits providers and brokers, to ensure high-quality services and cost-effectiveness.
• Enhance employee understanding: Support development of communications to enhance employee understanding of Total Rewards package.
• Compliance: Ensure total rewards program and policies are compliant with local labour laws.
• Audit: Support internal and external audits related to compensation and incentive plans, ensuring adherence to policies and accuracy in reporting.
• Projects: Participation in India and global total rewards projects as and when needed.
