<p><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">The base salary for this role ranges between $ 63,040 - $ 86,680, with eligibility for an incentive target of 5% which is contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives.</span></p>

<p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal;background-color:white;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">The Compensation and Benefits Analyst is part of a global human resources team and provides day-to-day support for the Company's compensation and benefits programs requirements, including data integrity in Success Factors, data feeds, vendor fees and billing, system validation, and data analysis and reports. The analyst will keep data bases up to date, including Market Pay for compensation surveys, JDX for job descriptions. In addition, the analyst will partner with the benefits administrator to cover day to day activities in their absence. The analyst will focus on process improvements and update documentation as needed.<br><br><span>Depending on the candidate’s location, this role may be classified as either hybrid (2 days per week in office) or 100% remote. Specific expectations will be discussed during the recruitment process.</span> <br></span></p>

Support the evaluation of job descriptions and salary structures.</span></p>

<p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal;background-color:white;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">• Assists in compensation survey submission and maintains survey data in Market Pay.</span></p>

Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors.</span></p>
