Play a critical role in the Thailand Market Compliance team, supporting a wide range of compliance activities
- Monitor key regulatory changes and support implementation of regulatory requirements across the business.
- Work closely with business partners to support compliance of products, processes, and initiatives in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Draft and maintain compliance policies and procedures, ensuring appropriate implementation across business units.
- Provide compliance advice and guidance relating to credit card business requirements, Payment Systems Act, consumer protection requirements, and internal policies.
- Support ongoing compliance monitoring activities and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist in internal reviews, regulatory examinations, and follow-up activities as required.
- Support preparation of compliance materials, reporting, and awareness/training initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with regional compliance colleagues within a dynamic multinational environment to support consistency in compliance practices and regulatory initiatives.
- Support Singapore or cluster compliance projects and contribute to shared team priorities and knowledge sharing across the broader compliance organization.
- Gain exposure to a broad range of compliance topics, products, and regulatory developments within an international financial services environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in supporting evolving compliance priorities and organizational needs.
We seek a highly motivated individual with a strong compliance background and the ability to work across a broad range of responsibilities. The successful candidate will bring relevant expertise, adaptability, and a willingness to expand knowledge in new areas as the role evolves.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant compliance experience.
- Self-starter with strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple business units and all levels of management.
- Experience in project management, tracking tasks against milestones, and managing stakeholders.
- Independent worker with strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new areas.
- Knowledge of credit card regulations and Payment Systems Act is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in English and Thai (speaking, writing, and listening).
