Reporting to an Associate within the London Compliance team, this role will support the delivery of Pantheon’s Global Compliance Programme and assist in ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.</p> <p>The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions and business functions, contributing to a broad range of compliance, regulatory, AML/KYC, monitoring, reporting, and governance activities.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the execution of the Global Compliance Monitoring Programme, including testing adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures,&nbsp; assisting with their resolution and reporting of findings to Pantheon boards and committees.</li> <li>Collate information and assist in the preparation of routine, periodic, and ad hoc regulatory reporting and filings to regulators, including the FCA, CBI, CSSF, and ADGM/AED (as applicable).</li> <li>Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to monitor and track FCA applications, registrations, and related regulatory submissions.</li> <li>Assist with the review, approval tracking, and recordkeeping of marketing and promotional materials.</li> <li>Support the maintenance and update &nbsp;of compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.</li> <li>Provide support &nbsp;with the Global Code of Ethics, including:</li> <ul> <li>personal account dealing;</li> <li>outside business activities;</li> <li>gifts and entertainment; and</li> <li>related employee compliance disclosures.</li> </ul> <li>Where applicable coordinate with internal teams globally, including Tax, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Client Services, and Investment teams.</li> <li>Assist with AML/KYC processes for new investors, including:</li> <ul> <li>conducting investor due diligence checks;</li> <li>preparing KYC certifications and AML schedules; and</li> <li>drafting letters of introduction to third parties.</li> </ul> <li>Perform general administrative and operational compliance tasks, including maintaining logs and registers such as:</li> <ul> <li>training records;</li> <li>conflicts of interest;</li> <li>breaches and errors/disciplines;</li> <li>restricted lists; and</li> <li>regulatory registrations.</li> </ul> <li>Promote and support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Pantheon policies, including escalating potential compliance risks and maintaining high standards of professional conduct</li> </ul> <p><strong>Knowledge &amp; Experience Required&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)</li> <li>Attention to detail, approaches work methodically.</li> <li>Willingness to learn, ask questions and seek information from a global perspective, proactive approach, a desire to solve problems and improve processes.</li> <li>Cooperative demeanour, ability to work with different personalities, excellent communication skills and team-player.</li> <li>Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workflow.</li> <li>Strong time management skills, including the ability to work independently and to work on several projects simultaneously.</li> <li>Good timekeeping and prepared to work flexibly on different types of projects to meet the needs of the business.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Knowledge &amp; Experience preferred but not essential&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Interest in Financial Services Regulation and Compliance within Private Markets or Asset Management.</li> <li>Previous internship or work experience in Compliance, Legal, Risk, Audit, or Financial Services would be advantageous but is not essential.</li> </ul> <p>#LI-SB1</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>This job description is not to be construed as an exhaustive statement of duties, responsibilities, or requirements.
