About the RoleThe Compliance Analyst II is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's compliance programs, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. This role involves establishing internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The Compliance Analyst II will support external and government audits and communicate across the organization to ensure compliance.

This role involves developing, implementing, and managing the company's compliance programs to ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. It requires establishing internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and programs to maintain regulatory compliance. The role also includes supporting external and government audits by facilitating communication across the organization, maintaining accurate compliance records and documentation, and addressing compliance-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the position involves assisting in the development and implementation of corrective actions based on audit findings and effectively communicating compliance findings and recommendations to relevant parties.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).

  • Typically 2+ years of related experience.

  • Ability to communicate across the organization in support of an external/government audit.

  • Possesses intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements for function (e.g., FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR, SBA, FCPA) or other agency-specific requirements.

  • Expected to develop and establish internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and programs to ensure compliance with those requirements.

  • May require the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

  • Experience as an empowered official (For ITCO Compliance).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

  • Familiarity with compliance management software and tools.

  • Intermediate understanding of risk management principles and practices.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret regulatory requirements and apply them to business operations.

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.

  • Experience in developing and implementing compliance training programs.

  • Knowledge of internal audit processes and methodologies.

 

 

Compensation:

Pay Range:

$76,163.00 - $104,744.75

Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
