You'll gain broad exposure across customer outcomes, governance, controls, regulatory compliance and Financial Services operations while helping to shape a newly established function.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What you’ll be doing</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Producing management information, reporting and governance packs to support oversight across the Financial Services portfolio.</li> <li>Supporting governance forums through agenda preparation, action tracking, minute taking and maintaining decision logs.</li> <li>Maintaining incidents, issues and action trackers, ensuring progress is monitored and reported effectively.</li> <li>Supporting control testing activities and gathering evidence from stakeholders across the business.</li> <li>Analysing customer, product and conduct-related data to identify trends, risks and areas for improvement.</li> <li>Supporting product reviews, vulnerability assessments, audit activity and regulatory readiness initiatives.</li> <li>Building strong relationships across Product, Risk, Compliance and Commercial teams to support effective governance and decision-making.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Skills / Experience</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Experience within a Financial Services, risk, governance, compliance, controls or related environment.</li> <li>Understanding of Consumer Duty, FCA regulation or customer outcome frameworks.</li> <li>Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working with a range of stakeholders.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Desirable Skills / Experience</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Experience producing management information, reporting or governance packs.</li> <li>Exposure to governance forums, committees or secretariat activities.</li> <li>Familiarity with Excel, Power BI or other reporting and data analysis tools.</li> <li>Experience tracking actions, risks, incidents or audit findings.</li> <li>An interest in building a career within Conduct Risk, Governance, Controls or Financial Services regulation.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Our Package</b></H2> </div><div><p>Tailored benefits make a real difference.
