The position is responsible for identifying manufacturing improvement opportunities, developing digital tools and dashboards, and implementing automation and smart manufacturing initiatives that support data-driven decision-making and sustainable business results.</div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Lead TEOA deployment, Lean maturity improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.</li> <li>Drive Lean Manufacturing, VSM, Kaizen, and process standardization projects to improve operational performance.</li> <li>Lead the plant's digitalization roadmap by developing and implementing digital solutions, including Power BI, Power Apps, automated workflows, and smart manufacturing technologies.</li> <li>Develop dashboards, KPI reporting, and data visualization solutions by collecting and analyzing production data to support data-driven decision-making.</li> <li>Identify manufacturing bottlenecks and drive AI, automation, and Industry 4.0 solutions to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.</li> <li>Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement teams to implement digital transformation initiatives and drive adoption of new technologies.</li> <li>Collect, consolidate, and validate production data from multiple sources to improve operational visibility and support data-driven decision-making.</li> <li>Lead cross-functional improvement and digital transformation projects from concept through implementation, collaborating with site and global stakeholders.</li> <li>Facilitate training, coaching, and change management activities to drive adoption of Lean, Digitalization, and AI solutions.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What your background should look like</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related fields. </li> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Digitalization, Digital Transformation, Continuous Improvement, or Smart Manufacturing.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, VSM, Kaizen, and Process Improvement. </li> <li>Hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Dashboard Development, and Data Visualization (e.g., Power BI). </li> <li>Experience leading Digital Transformation, AI, Automation, or Industry 4.0 initiatives in a manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Strong understanding of manufacturing processes with the ability to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.</li> <li>Experience developing digital solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, or similar technologies.</li> <li>Strong project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. </li> <li>Good English communication skills and ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.</li> <li>Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantage</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork</div></div></div></div>
