We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Continuous Improvement Lead to champion operational excellence initiatives at our Bilbao plant and help drive sustainable performance improvements across our manufacturing operations. About the Role As the Continuous Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all Continuous Improvement (CI) activities at the Bilbao site. You will partner closely with plant leadership, production, engineering, and operations teams to identify productivity opportunities, improve key performance indicators, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. You will serve as the site focal point for the Bunge Production System (BPS) and support the implementation of CI methodologies that drive operational excellence, efficiency, safety, quality, and performance.
