Controller-Financial Analyst

Overseeing all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the organization in conjunction with the executive team and the board of directors. Analyzing company's financial results and make recommendations for improvements. Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budget planning as well as the preparation of all financial reporting. Ensuring that all of the company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation. Analyzing financial information to assist in business development and make recommendations on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization. Overseeing the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports. Coordinating with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance. Investigating variances in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Controlling and evaluating the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure. Developing and implementing strategies for financial planning and cost analysis. Implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information and managing staff members in these tasks as necessary. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek a full range of business solutions. Identifying, acquiring and implementing systems and software to provide critical financial and operational information.
