Controlling and Financial Analyst (f/m/div.)
Job Description
As a Controlling & Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting financial transparency and business decision-making processes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and financial performance monitoring, helping drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional who enjoys working with data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to impactful business results within a dynamic international environment.
Your contribution to something big:
- Support monthly closing activities through financial reporting and performance analysis.
- Prepare and monitor Budget and Forecast processes.
- Analyze project profitability and support strategic business decisions.
- Monitor deviations versus planning and drive corrective follow-up actions.
- Manage monthly and yearly provisions processes.
- Coordinate supplier payment management activities.
- Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives within financial processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial transparency and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Education: Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience:
- Experience in Controlling, Finance, Financial Analysis, or Data Analysis environments.
- Experience working with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
Know-how:
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with SAP.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Languages: Good level of English, both written and spoken.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
