As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll help find new, innovative ways to control personnel cost. The team is heavily focused on transformation, so there will be lots of opportunities for you to improve processes and implement best-in-class ways of working.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage operational controlling activities for personnel cost,

  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing for personnel cost,

  • Prepare monthly commentary to explain variances between actual results, budget, and forecasts,

  • Develop personnel cost forecasts, track actuals, and provide guidance to stakeholders,

  • Identify risks and opportunities affecting forecasts and take appropriate actions,

  • Track organizational changes and headcount movements, and perform reconciliation between systems,

  • Support Controlling Ops Service management teams and other Service Delivery teams,

  • Support global transformation projects related to Controlling operations, aligning with the Global Core model,

  • Drive continuous improvement in ways of working,

  • Ensure proper implementation according to the Core model and RACI framework.

About you

Expected skills and experience:

  • Diversified financial controlling experience.
     

Soft skills:  

  • Proven ability to build partnerships and influence business decisions,

  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines,

  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects,

  • Effective at leading through influence and developing rapport with stakeholders,

  • Adaptable and able to work in a complex, international matrix environment.

Technical skills:

  • Advanced Excel skills, must be able to download data and use pivot tables, V-look ups, macros, etc.,

  • Demonstrated ethical behavior, strong analytical capabilities, and strategic thinking,

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with proven experience working across multiple stakeholders,

  • Technology savvy, agile learner with proficiency in Sanofi platforms, systems, and tools.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or any related field is required.

Preferred:

  • Ability to communicate in French is a strong plus

  • Pharmaceutical and public accounting experience. 

  • Personnel cost controlling

  • TM1 and SAP experience.

The salary range for this position is :Ft10 944 000,00 - Ft16 416 000,00

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
