How you’ll make an impact
1. You will consolidate and analyse financial data to track and assess performance against targets and benchmarks. Communicate to business on performance results and implications of presented reports
2. You will be responsible for Business partnering with Controllers and Project managers to understand and analyse.
3. You will give initial comments and explanation to indicated performance variance. Identify and communicate actionable steps to address variance
4. You will support business decisions and actions by profitability analysis by Division/BU/PG, Product line and customer segment
5. You will perform monthly review of Income Statement and Balance Sheet during pre‑ and post‑closing including Working Capital analysis, reviewing Inventory ageing including obsolescence and recommend corrective actions including required commentaries for deviations/movements.
6. You will support Cash generation and NWC improvement by good AR, AP, Inventory analysis, cash conversion cycle and NWC reports
7. You will drive cost savings by good cost development reports and analysis on material cost, Cost centre cost in manufacturing, sales expense, G&A cost
8. You will provide other management, operation performance KPI and ad-hoc reports and analysis based on business requirements
9.You will be responsible for benchmarking of processes, tools and solutions to further optimize and standardize controlling activities
10. You will optimize own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements
11. You will ensures processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with Group and unit requirements.
12. You will perform analysis of Order Received, Order Backlog including GM%.
13. You will prepare Hub presentations and related working files to support presentations
14. You will conduct balance sheet review and valuation in general bad debt, warranty provisions, accrued /pre-paid expenses
15. You will facilitate budgeting and forecasting process by communicating guidelines, timetables and templates
16. You will perform internal controls–related activities and support SOX audits.
17. You will actively participate in Project Reviews, support External and Internal audits, new development initiatives improvement projects and LEAN initiatives, support any adhoc requirement on case-to-case basis as per Controller requirement.
18. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. Years of experience in similar role 5+ years, experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
2. Excellent skill on MS Excel, Power point
3. English proficiency in speaking and written
4. Good communication skills, project management skill preferred
5. Experience in SAP FICO and data analytical tools such as Power BI preferred
