Control & Reporting Assoc Analyst

Overview You are in charge of maintaining the Customer and Pricing databases. You ensure the correct customer invoicing and are responsible for the application of the pricing policy, providing support to the Sales teams, particularly in the different phases of price changes. Support the team member with the request analysis and investigation, to lead any continues improvement projects. Responsibilities Management of the Pricing/ Customers Data Base: - Maintenance and updating of price and customer databases: Initiate, process and follow up all requests creation, modification and closure of account with the DMO - Respond to all internal and external requests related to the customer database - Collaborate with DMO using all DMO templates to upload to SAP. And validate its replication on SAP -take responsibility for requests that require analysis that is received from sales or supply chain, in order to update SAP correctly - monthly catch up with DMO for any improvements or support/feedback. - Ensure and validate the team tasks are processed correct FTR, and track the timelines and accuracy of the tasks - Guarantee compliance with the "workflow validation" process with the DMO. - Control and enter prices, ensure commercial relay for the application and communication of prices to all CBS and Locales FR teams. - Validate billing conditions (depending on how the systems operate) in accordance with pricing and promotional policies. - Challenge the missing/incorrect/incompliant information provided, and build standard ways of working - Coordinate and collaborate with the team member to organize the daily activities efficiently - Collect, control and apply fiscal and parafiscal taxes. Extraction of full data base ( material, condition customer views ,etc..) for visibility to Full BU and validation - Identify and list customer specificities - Ensure the correct application of pricing conditions and their consistency. - Anticipate and prepare Price increase retro-planning - Orchestrate with the DCN, KAM and assistant the sending of price lists for Prices increases - Ensure the completeness of pricing elements in the systems (SAP, tracking files) - Control system compliance (SAP) - Train new employees on BDDs, the DMO system and process - Participate in the resolution of Pricing disputes in collaboration with CBS Dispute teams. - annually company policy review, to update the data base accordingly - lead any continues improvement projects Qualifications Advanced Excel proficiency SAP Fluency in French Change Agility Critical thinking Constructively challenge the current WOW to build a lean process flow Result focused and strong planning and prioritizing skills Control and compliance mind set Customer centric 2 to 5 year of experience in a similar database maintenance position, on SAP system Level BEP to BTS in accounting Degreed +2/3
