The Corporate Actions Analyst is a part of the Shared Services Regulatory team which provides operational support to UMB's fast growing Corporate Trust and Institutional Custody departments. Within the Shared Services environment, this team interacts with internal partners to evaluate and process processes both mandatory and voluntary corporate action notifications, elections, and payments for both foreign and domestic and other duties as assigned. Associates are supported and encouraged to work with their manager to develop roadmaps for opportunity within Operations and beyond.


How you’ll spend your time:

· You will process mandatory and voluntary corporate action notifications, elections, and payments for both foreign and domestic holdings.

· You will identify system issues or defects and provide appropriate level of documentation to the appropriate support group.

· You will use your communication skills to provide a broad level of assistance during testing of system upgrades or implementation of new systems.

  • You possess a college degree
  • You have at least two years of financial services experience
  • You have securities processing experience
  • OR any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.

Compensation Range:

$59,085 - $86,922
