Founded in Hong Kong in 2016 by the French couple Delphine Lefay and Diego Dultzin Lacoste,Ā 
OnTheList is a leading premium flash sales concept in Asia and the Middle-East. OnTheList worksĀ 
to minimize the problem of excess stock by turning past-season inventory into sustainableĀ 
opportunities. OnTheList works directly with retail brands and official distributors, turning oldĀ 
inventory into opportunity by providing a sustainable way for brands to sell past-season items thatĀ 
would have otherwise ended up in landfills, while providing the best deals and steep discounts toĀ 
our OnTheList members. Since launching in Hong Kong in 2016, OnTheList has hosted over 5,200Ā 
flash sales and has built a community of over 1.3 million members across all regions. We’ve sinceĀ 
expanded to Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Korea, Shanghai, Beijing, Thailand, and Dubai.
Sustainability is rooted in who we are and motivates us to continue our mission. To date, we haveĀ 
saved over 8.2 million items from ending up in landfills. Forming OnTheLove, our CSR initiative, hasĀ 
allowed us to deepen our commitment to minimizing our carbon footprint while working with localĀ 
organizations and hosting regular charity sales.

OnTheList started very successfully in Dubai in 2024, Now, it's time to launch in Saudi! You will reportĀ 
to the GM based in Dubai and you will be responsible to the first exciting development of this newĀ 
market.Ā 



WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH...


Business Development:


• Support efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, ensuringĀ 
long-term collaboration and mutual success.Ā 
• Explore opportunities for new brand partnerships to drive business growth.


Operations Omnichannel:Ā 
• Oversee the operations for online flash sales, including the warehouse logistics aspects toĀ 
ensure the smooth execution of the events.Ā 
• Oversee the operations for offline flash sales, including the retail teams and the dailyĀ 
operations.Ā 
• Ensure all processes are efficient, and operational challenges are addressed in a timelyĀ 
manner.Ā 
Marketing & CRM:


• Work closely with the marketing team/agency, to start to build a community andĀ 
database in the market.Ā 
• Ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with business goals and contribute to salesĀ 
growth.


WHAT IT TAKES…
• At least 8 years of experience in retail or ecommerce industry, at least 3 years ofĀ 
experience in managing role.
• Strong Commercial mindset with a friendly, caring and collaborative demeanor.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, ready to be hands on, eager to join an internationalĀ 
family business with humility and start from scratch.Ā 
• Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to build andĀ 
motivate high-performing teams.
• Proficient in stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic
