An exciting Analyst opportunity has become available within our busy and dynamic Small Business Bank team.
We're seeking talented professionals with experience in credit analysis, lending fulfilment, or both. Depending on your skills and background, you may be appointed as a Credit Analyst, Fulfilment Analyst, or into a hybrid role that combines responsibilities across both disciplines.
Whether you're an experienced Credit Analyst looking to deepen your commercial banking expertise, a Fulfilment Analyst passionate about delivering exceptional customer outcomes, or someone with capability across both areas, we'd love to hear from you.
In these roles, you'll play a key part in supporting Business Bankers and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. Whether you're assessing lending opportunities, preparing credit submissions, conducting financial analysis, coordinating documentation, settlements and funding activities, or managing applications through to completion, you'll help support sustainable growth for small businesses across Australia.
Using your analytical capability, commercial acumen and customer focus, you'll identify opportunities, manage risk and deliver a seamless client experience from application through to settlement.
To help us deliver a better future, you'll bring;
Experience in business banking, commercial lending, lending fulfilment, credit analysis or a related environment
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
The ability to quickly understand, assess and manage complex transactions
Sound analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capability
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines
Strong commercial acumen and risk management capability
Experience reading and interpreting financial statements, profit and loss statements and balance sheets (highly regarded)
Experience writing and analysing credit transactions and/or supporting lending fulfilment activities (highly regarded)
Knowledge of commercial lending, credit risk or loan documentation processes (highly regarded)
Knowledge of business banking systems such as CommSee, CCL and RiskInSite (desirable)
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance and/or Commerce (desirable)
