CSA Lead (Architecture)
Job Description
- Lead all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) construction activities on-site.
- Manage and coordinate CSA contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with project schedules and milestones.
- Review and provide technical guidance on drawings, specifications, RFIs, method statements, and shop drawings.
- Ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, building codes, and project requirements.
- Coordinate closely with MEP, commissioning, project controls, and client teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to monitor workmanship and compliance.
- Identify project risks, resolve construction issues, and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage site safety requirements and promote a strong safety culture across all construction activities.
- Track and report project progress, risks, quality issues, and resource requirements to project stakeholders.
- Support construction testing, inspections, punch-list management, and project closeout activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction management, with significant experience leading CSA works.
- Experience delivering large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of:
- Earthworks and civil infrastructure
- Reinforced concrete and structural steel construction
- Architectural finishes and fit-out
- Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)
- Construction safety and compliance requirements
- Proven experience managing multiple contractors and complex construction programs.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
