If that mission has you hungry in more ways than one, you’ve found the right job posting.</div><h2>Culinary Operations Supervisor</h2> <h3>The Role</h3> The Culinary Operations Supervisor is a hands-on leader responsible for executing daily kitchen operations with consistency, safety, and accountability. This role ensures strict adherence to SOPs, GMPs, and food safety standards while supporting Culinary Operations Leads and chef teams during live service. You will maintain active floor presence, enforce operational standards, escalate risks, and ensure smooth shift execution across production zones. Success in this role is measured by operational consistency, compliance, workflow integrity, and team performance.
