What You’ll Do 

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the connection point between our clients, sales team, and insurance partners assuring every interaction is handled with care and precision. 



Client Experience 

  • Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact via phone and email 
  • Respond to client questions with clarity, empathy, and urgency 
  • Conduct verification and follow-up calls to support client satisfaction 

Operations & Support 

  • Process insurance applications with accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) 
  • Prepare and send client kits and documentation 
  • Track application status and coordinate with insurance carriers 

Team Collaboration 

  • Route qualified leads to the sales team 
  • Support post-sale follow-up and satisfaction surveys 
  • Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed 


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED + 1 year of admin experience, or Associate's degree.
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Strong phone presence and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Proficiency in CRMs and internet navigation.
  • A passion for helping others.


Working Conditions:

  • Stationary role, operating a computer and office equipment. 
  • Light lifting (up to 25 lbs.). 
  • Office environment with occasional movement within the workspace.
  • Schedule: 10am-6:30pm CST.
