If you share our vision and view yourself as an independent, creative thinker, we invite you to join our team in this exceptional role located in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a full-time internship position for our Fall Rotation, from September 7, 2026 through December 11, 2026 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>WHAT AWAITS YOU.</strong></p> <ul> <li> <div>Create and maintain business reports, dashboards, and analytics using Tableau and similar tools.</div> </li> <li> <div>Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that support business decision-making.</div> </li> <li> <div>Ensure data accuracy and consistency through validation, quality checks, and documentation updates.</div> </li> <li> <div>Support ad-hoc reporting requests while helping improve and automate recurring reporting processes.</div> </li> <li> <div>Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track progress against key business initiatives.</div> </li> <li> <div>Partner with IT teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance reporting tools and workflows.</div> </li> <li> <div>Assist with AI and automation initiatives, including chatbot development, model training, workflow automation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.</div> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.</strong></p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university </li> <li>Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)</li> <li>Have completed at least 60 college credits or be at least a rising Junior</li> <li>Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript</li> <li>Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO.</strong></p> <ul> <li>Medical Insurance</li> <li>Paid Time Off in addition to Company paid holidays where eligible</li> <li>Hybrid work environment</li> <li>Intern Vehicle Lease Program</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30</p> <p>The hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20</p> <p> </p> <p>The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate.
