We are currently looking for a CVM Senior Analyst to join our Customer Value Management Team, part of our Fully Integrated Energy Utility Division, in our Paiania offices. By joining this role, you will play a key role in driving profitable customer growth, customer value optimization, and commercial performance across the energy customer portfolio. You will be responsible for monitoring Customer Value, Net Adds, retention, churn, and revenue performance, while identifying and implementing targeted actions that support P&L delivery, revenue growth, and effective budget management.
