Job Role
Integrity360 has an exciting opportunity for a Cyber Security Analyst with a networking background to join our Global Security Operations Centre (SOC). This role offers the chance to build a career at the forefront of cybersecurity, working with industry-leading technologies like Darktrace AI and SentinelOne EDR.
You’ll be part of a 24/7 support team providing analytical services to global clients, responding to and reporting on critical events in collaboration with their SOCs.
This position is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in networking and/or cybersecurity analysis. Full in-house training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate security breaches and cybersecurity incidents.
- Monitor customer portals for early breach detection.
- Troubleshoot issues using internal tools within agreed SLAs.
- Conduct incident response and root cause analysis.
- Perform threat hunting and risk assessment.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets; escalate as needed.
- Provide thorough case notes and handovers between shifts.
- Act as a technical contact between clients, partners, and sales.
- Contribute to internal IT and security projects.
- Ensure clear, high-quality customer communication throughout case lifecycles.
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience Required
- Certificate or diploma in Security or Networking.
- 1–2 years of experience in a cybersecurity or networking role.
- Basic knowledge of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS.
- Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities.
- Understanding of one or more of the following:
- Threat intelligence
- Incident response
- Vulnerability management
- Capable of preparing threat intelligence reports for various audiences.
- Darktrace experience is a plus.
- Willingness to pursue additional certifications (e.g. Darktrace and SentinalOne).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Certifications (Desirable)
- N+, CCNA, CompTIA Security+, GIAC GISF, (ISC)² SSCP or similar.

- Willing to work 8-hour shifts on a rotational basis (24/7 coverage).
- Reliable internet connection and power backup (for remote work).

- Can work well under pressure and maintain focus.
