The main purpose of this position is to support accelerated volume growth and cost to serve optimization through performing and delivering daily routing service within the PFNA Daily Routing Office. This role will be in charge of performing operative daily routing service for Delivery routes, based on orders input, resources available and capacity required, using Omnitracs One (dispatch) as the technological platform. Service will be provided to across PFNA with delivery specialists Responsibilities Responsibilities Manage and dispatch daily delivery routing plans using specialized routing software such as Omnitracs One. Coordinate closely with operational locations to address customer delivery requirements and ensure routing effectiveness for daily schedule adjustments. Ensure all routing solutions comply with DOT hours-of-service regulations and internal operational standards. Monitor and optimize routing productivity metrics, including delivery hours, stops, cases, and adherence to SOPs. Maintain professional communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Prepare and maintain regular operational scorecards and performance reports on a daily and weekly basis. Identify routing inefficiencies, operational risks, or unbalanced growth areas, escalating recommendations to the Strategic Routing Team for optimization initiatives. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, customer service, and transportation performance. Qualifications Qualifications 1+ year of experience in dynamic or optimized routing operations. Previous experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Customer Service, Sales Operations, or Shared Service Centers (SSC) is highly desirable. Proven ability to consistently execute routing and logistics processes in fast-paced environments. Strong customer service mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and propose operational improvements or solutions. Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. English proficiency required; Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus. Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including evenings and weekends as business needs require.
