Job Description

1. Data Collection & Operations

• 월간 데이터 수집 계획 수립 및 실행
• 매장 단위 데이터 수집 프로세스 관리 및 정기적인 follow-up
• 수집 데이터의 정확성과 적시성 관리

2. Shop Recruitment & Network Management

• 신규 매장 발굴 및 모집을 통한 데이터 커버리지 확대
• 기존 매장과의 관계 유지 및 장기적인 파트너십 구축
• 데이터 수집 네트워크의 지속적인 확장 및 관리

3. Field Research & Market Insights

• 시장 변화 및 고객 니즈 파악을 위한 현장 조사 수행
• 정성·정량 리서치를 통한 시장 트렌드 분석
• 매장주 및 종업원과의 인터뷰 및 커뮤니케이션 수행

4. Universe Study

• 시장 규모 및 커버리지 산정을 위한 조사 기획 및 실행
• 데이터 기반의 인사이트 도출 및 분석 지원

Qualifications

• 학사 학위 이상 (전공 무관)
• 매장 방문 및 대면 커뮤니케이션 등 현장 업무 수행에 대한 거부감이 없는 분
• 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 역량 보유자
• 주도적이고 책임감 있게 업무를 수행할 수 있는 분
• 데이터 관리에 꼼꼼하고 세밀한 성향을 갖춘 분
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint 등) 활용 가능자
• 운전면허 보유 및 실제 운전 가능자
