We currently have an opportunity for a Data Administrator to join our friendly team in Brighton & Hove to support our Psychology team. Our ideal candidate will have the skills and experience to provide administrative support to the service and provide accurate and timely data in line with requirements.
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 18.75 hours per week
Location: CGL Brighton & Hove Recovery Service, Richmond House, Richmond Road, Brighton, BN2 3RL
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities
We’re looking for a highly organised and data-focused administrator to support service delivery through accurate data management, reporting, and strong administrative support.
You’ll work closely with the Senior Data Analyst and wider teams to collect, analyse, and report on key data across multiple systems, helping to generate meaningful insights that drive service improvement. A key part of the role includes supporting the Psychology team with data collection and reporting.
You’ll be confident translating data into clear, accessible information for both technical and non-technical audiences, and will work collaboratively across teams to improve processes and performance.
Alongside data responsibilities, you’ll help keep the office running smoothly through high-quality admin support, system coordination, and maintaining organised, compliant records. You’ll also support basic IT needs and assist the wider admin team when required.
About You
- Experience in data collection, reporting, and administration
- Strong Excel and IT skills (e.g. NDTMS, public health systems)
- Excellent communication skills, able to present data clearly to different audiences
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience working across teams to improve workflows
- Understanding of data management and governance
Desirable: experience with database systems, training others on data tools, or prescription systems.
Most importantly, you’ll be someone who takes pride in ensuring data is accurate, processes are smooth, and our service users information is handled with care and professionalism.
