Job Description

Job Description

NCS is seeking a highly skilled Data & AI Process Redesign Specialist to join our Consulting & Transformation practice, working on large-scale, technology-led programs across enterprise, telco, and public sector clients. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of business, data, and technology, partnering closely with stakeholders to redesign and optimise data-driven processes, governance frameworks, and operating models.

You will analyse current-state environments to identify inefficiencies and maturity gaps, then define target-state capabilities that enable trusted data, scalable AI adoption, and improved decision-making. A key focus will be delivering practical, implementable solutions - developing structured data maturity uplift roadmaps, embedding governance processes, and aligning data ownership models to drive accountability and performance.

Working across multidisciplinary teams, you will lead end-to-end process redesign initiatives, ensuring alignment with modern data platforms, cloud ecosystems, and AI-enabled capabilities. You will also guide senior stakeholders through governance forums and decision-making frameworks, helping organisations establish clear operating models, improve data quality, and creating sustainable, value-driven transformation outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in process redesign, business transformation, or consulting, ideally within Data & AI environments.
  • Proven ability to deliver client-facing transformation engagements, including data governance and operating model design.
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end process mapping and future-state design (e.g. BPMN, Signavio or similar tools).
  • Experience conducting maturity assessments and developing structured uplift roadmaps across data, process, or governance domains.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing data governance frameworks, including ownership and stewardship models.
  • Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders across both business and technology functions.
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms, cloud ecosystems (Azure/AWS), and AI enablement concepts.
  • Experience working in Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery environments.
