Job Purpose

The Data Analytics role is responsible for transforming large-scale engineering, warranty, telematics, product, and operational data into actionable insights that improve product quality, business performance, and customer satisfaction. The position partners with Product Engineering, platform, Manufacturing, Quality, Current Product Management, and Business Leadership teams to develop advanced analytics, KPI reporting solutions, AI-powered insights, and digital transformation initiatives.

The role focuses on establishing enterprise data governance, developing real-time reporting capabilities, executing AI and Machine Learning initiatives, building scalable data architectures, and delivering dashboards that enable strategic and operational decision-making across global Agricultural (AG) product lines. The position also supports digital product development through Power Apps, Databricks, Python, Generative AI, and advanced analytics solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, integrate, validate, and analyze warranty, telematics, bill of material, engineering, and operational datasets from multiple enterprise data sources.
  • Develop and maintain real-time dashboards, KPI scorecards, and analytics platforms to support leadership visibility and decision-making.
  • Create short-term and long-term analytics roadmaps based on stakeholder priorities and business objectives.
  • Perform trend analysis, Pareto analysis, root-cause investigations, predictive analytics, and performance benchmarking to identify quality and productivity improvement opportunities.
  • Lead AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI initiatives to improve engineering efficiency, decision intelligence, and business processes.
  • Design and implement enterprise data architectures, data models, and reporting frameworks that enable scalable analytics solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Power Apps, automated workflows, and low-code solutions to streamline business operations and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Product Management, and Quality teams to align metrics, priorities, and improvement initiatives.
  • Establish standardized KPI definitions, reporting templates, governance processes, and best practices to improve reporting consistency and accuracy.
  • Transform complex business challenges into actionable analytical solutions that drive operational excellence, product quality, and customer satisfaction.

Experience Required

  • Experience in Advanced Analytics, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence Solutions.
  • Experience working with Python, Databricks, SQL, Power BI, Power Query, Excel, Power Apps, and Qlik Sense.
  • Support in developing and deploying Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI solutions.
  • Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets, cloud-based data platforms, and data lake environments.
  • Strong understanding of KPI management, dashboard development, reporting automation, and data visualization techniques.
  • Experience in working on data like telematics, warranty, engineering performance, bill of material or quality.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure databrick, and enterprise reporting ecosystems is preferred.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • 2 to 6 years of prior work experience in data analysis using statistical tools and providing inferences along with recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Computer Science) or similar
